The Championships at Wimbledon sells a lot of strawberries and cream. They're sourced from Hugh Lowe farms and have been for a long time. During the 2020 pandemic Wimbledon decided to keep that years shipment and instead of using them for tournament use, which was not going ahead, they wanted to make Jam.
